SportsK.com Customization

Hey all,

So after a lot of searching I finally tracked down a blank CCM 550 replica of a "diagonal" Pittsburgh Penguins away jersey on sportsk.com last night. I want to have it customized with Lemieux's name and numbers but I'm unsure of my options and what I should do.

A. Should I buy one that's already customized and "ready to ship" from them??? Or are those already customized ones incorrect and garbage quality, like how a lot of already name and numbered RBK Premiers that sports stores sell are for example.

B. Should just buy it blank and have the jersey sent somewhere else???? If so, where do you guys suggest??? Are Icejerseys really that much better than SportsK or are they the same???

This is the jersey I'm referring to wanting to get....

Let me know my best option guys.

I`ve had stuff customized at SportsK, they do great work.

EDIT:

These are some of the harder ones to do, and the stitching was great. They even used the right kind of twill (iceberg)

I think I have a similar situation. I bought an authentic 90's Stars jersey from a friend last year and I want to put Belfour or Modano on the back but I don't know where to go to do it considering stores now only have the lettering and colors for teams current jersey's.

Is there a legit site that will have the letters and the correct colors to do it for me?

Sorry, I was out all day:

If I had to nitpick, it should be on a name plate, but that's likely because this shade of blue may not be available. Otherwise, great work.

Very nice.

Anyone else here that has dealt with SportsK care to chime in?

So far though I am leaning towards going with them for my next jersey.

Well I bit the bullet and placed my order and ordered the already customized Lemieux diagonal jersey from SportsK like an hour ago.

Hopefully it'll look nice.

Update: Well I got my Lemieux jersey from SportsK today and it looks fantastic. They did a beyond amazing job with the customization IMO.

Here it is....

It looks amazing IMO. I'll definitely go with them again in the future if I need or want more jerseys I think.

Nice!

Great place. Good prices, good work and big selection of vintage jerseys.

I know that Sportsk does an outstanding job with the CCM V550's but has anyone purchased a customized Reebok Authentic from there? Great price, Want to know if they use the bulky letters that NHL.com puts on, or the Thinner letters that the teams actually use
thanks!
