Eh, its so so. Their transition/forecheck is a bit more effective. But, the breakouts are a so/so imo.

Bruins mugging us. Ridiculous holding on Nash and MZA.

Girardi seems to be keeping his shots low.
Just goes to show, take the obvious well travelled road --- get open at the point, get a pass and hammer it.

Great start. Play 40 more minutes like that and they can pull this off. Kreider and Girardi look particularly sharp out there tonight, and Hank too obviously.

If we can sustain that for another 2 periods then we just might get back to MSG and make Boston nervous.

At least I see them using a short passing game, it looks much more controlled.

Team is playing loose, so some chances against are to be expected.

I don't know how anyone can talk badly of Boyle right now.

They aren't doing as many unnecessary lateral passes in the neutral zone(which is good). They are playing more straight ahead and not over thinking it.

Plus, they are less stationary on the transition and moving their feet.

But, on the breakouts, the Dmen are still slapping too many pucks along the wall. The Rangers are still daring the bruins to win the board battles along the half wall. That is not sustainable imo.

Henrik looks great so far.
Like what I've seen overall though I am watching a pretty poor quality stream.

Agreed. Poor decision making still, but it was a solid period.

The Bruins getting away with alot of stuff right now. Don't think they go the box until we do. Keep going boys.
