It is technically possible to make a 4th stand with bleachers. It will add additional 1500 seats.

They have plans to do so, at least for KHL games I guess.

Jokerit's arena has nice details:

Training rink build below the arena inside a rock...you can go there by elevator or stairs. Plus there is other rock elements close to the locker rooms.



You can also watch a game from sauna
