Kopitar is like Hanzal (Stumpel works too) right now, maybe even worse. Depressing, I hope for future's sake he's fighting a tough injury because his play has been unacceptable. Can't believe we've gotten this far playing like this...

Lol that during the last minute of the game, the Hawk's keep away powerplay really resembled a normal Kompon powerplay.

Thanks, for a second I thought it went in off of Crawford and came out then deflected off a hawk behind the net

Toffoli can't handle those minutes.
And Clifford who has averaged 10 minutes a game, can handle the 1st line? I'm tired of the excuses. There is no reason not to try toffoli on the first line.

It was an afternoon game on the road in the WCF. What did you expect?

A split would be nice.

He was hitting pretty well tonight. I think he had 3 during the final pk, one just destroying Toews.

Dude, fans have been clamoring for it. We're not going to see Muzzin in the press box. It will cost us the series.

Clifford is actually one of the best conditioned Kings...

So yes Sutter has used him there, Also Clifford is a LW.

Toffoli is a RW only.....Removing the only forward with a Pulse off Kopitar's line (Williams) is not a smart move.....

We want to take Williams, who has dragged Kopitar around all year...And insert Toffoli.....That is stupid.

Lol Sutter

Reporter: "How'd you react to first period?" Sutter: "How'd I react? Normal. You should say how'd you feel." "How'd you feel?" "Fortunate."

This excuse has got to stop. If this is a fitness problem, the training staff has got to do a better job.

I just want to know about Richards. Any chance we actually get to know if he's alright by tonight?

This is an ongoing theme with this org....yet there's no adjustments to be had. Disappointing.

Don't get me wrong, that's not why we're not winning. Kopitar & Brown's production is the top concern. I was simply referencing the complaints on the Boland hit, remembering how pissed off Brown had Canuck & Coyotes fans last year. It's just a lot more fun when it's your guy lowering the boom.

Knowing Sutter, the person thats going to be benched as the scapegoat for this loss is Richardson

He declined interviews with the reporters. They asked Sutter how Richards is doing and he said 'I saw him arguing with the refs...'

Both teams are playing the afternoon game, not just ours. There is no excuse for losing them just because they're in the afternoon.

If Richards is done, we're done. Easy as that.

Muzzin playing is inexcusable, but he isn't going anywhere.

To me the Kings are playing like a bunch of individuals and Sutter's hoping some kind of offense develops out of these crazy line changes.

That would be Kopitar and his continued NO show's.

Muzzin is not paid 6.8 million dollars to carry the team.

Kopitar should give his entire salary this year to J-Dub, cause that guy carried his ass all season long.

Besides Quick, the whole team were horrible tonight including Doughty. They look a step slower and less aggressive than the Hawks and the horrible passing just topping it off. This game should have been 4-1 if it wasn't for Quick.

Fair to ask for, but they've been awful in afternoon games and awful on the road all season. I'm disappointed, but not surprised.

Did the Hawks even expend any energy in that game ?

Boy are they going to be fresh for game two, that was like a scrimmage for them.
