This is what playoff hockey is all about. I love it. Just be careful what you do Boston.

Refs - that breakdown at the end of that period is all on you. Give Marchand the same five you gave Cooke and none of that happens. Pens are pissed off at the inconsistency and are taking it out on the Bruins who are giving it back.

Poor game management refs. Poor.

Lol well. We still have a powerplay to start the third and Malkin's in the box so maybe Iggy will be on the first unit when we come back.

And without Bergeron for 5 minutes, Sid will have a little easier time out there.

Now put Iginla on the ****ing PP. Good job pounding Bergeron Malkin. I'm not even sure why that guy thought he could win a scrap with Malkin or get away with throwing punches at him.

If Sid fights Chara we may not see Crosby for the remainder of the series. Thats a fight he really needs to walk away from everytime.

Bergeron is gone too guys. One of their best defensive forwards. Malkin did exactly what he should have done.

Guys...wtf are you talking about?

This is the kind of reaction you get when the officials...well, when they ******* up.

I don't like losing Geno for 5 minutes, but Bergeron is a big piece for them and he really beat his ass.

No it's Malkin losing his cool like ALWAYS. Man I'd love to play against Geno, just stir him up and he loses it. You think we're getting another PP after the one from the 2nd caries over? Cause we're not and we just lost Geno for 5 minutes.

I've always hated them more. It seems like most Pens fans haven't watched Boston in the playoffs before because the discrepancy in officiating standards between the two teams is par for the course.

Jokinen can slide into Geno's spot for the ~4 minutes.

To many people freaking out in a 1-0 game where the Pens are playing great. Too much premature Internet postjaculating.

Good teams play through bad calls...no excuses! we'll see if the Penguins can maintain a cool and calm presence throughout the third or play themselves out of the game and down a game in the series by losing their tempers.

People need to realize there is a difference between frustrating the Pens and giving them even more motivation than they already have. Boston is building up anger in a good way.

They aren't frustrating us in a negative way right now.

Exactly. This game is beautiful. Score not withstanding. With the way we are playing, I'm not even close to worried yet. They have had glorious chances. This team will find their scoring touch again. Sooner rather than laterm

I honestly wouldn't have been pissed about Cooke's ejection if they had called the same thing on Marchand. But Neal didn't act like a ****ing baby and lay there, so they didn't. Lesson learned.

Let's not blame the refs. Yeah, it hasn't been good but you never notice when the breaks go your way. Keep playing like this. If Rask shuts us out, he shuts us out but we're playing awesome.
