Of course not, luck only exists in the land of ferries and wizards.

Wow another golden chance...puck bouncing. Actually on reply, the pass was behind Kunitz.

The Pens are just plain bad offensively right now.. The Bruins are easily winning in this series and Rask is not even stealing games.

Pittsburgh is playing too fancy offensively. They need simply, cut down the cross ice passes. They just keep turning over the puck to Bruins who have an underrated counter attack game.

Bruins getting away with a lot of cross-checking and hooking so far.

That's true. You see offensively loaded teams get stifled in the playoffs all the time. I think an 8th place Habs team knocked two teams like that out once. But you know, the Pens could do better than they have been defensively. I think they are so used to scoring goals it hasn't mattered so much these POs. Boston is a different challenge. I think they look a little more careful tonight. If they can commit to team defense a little more, it could pay off for them.

Not an unfamiliar scenario.

By the way, Letang is a very good player, but like Karlsson, his defending is very much overrated.

Everybody knows they're a good team, top 2 of the east at least, but in these playoffs its the Penguins that are beating themselves. Its like as if the penguins forgot the basic rules of hockey: use the boards to clear, never pass in front of the net, always make sure there's at least 1 man back in case of a turnover etc.

I don't think they are saying luck doesn't exist, but that there is a lot more than just luck involved here. You don't luck your way to two blowout games. There are reasons for it. Boston playing well and Pittsburgh playing badly.

That's true. They looked like they lost their composure after the first goal in game 2. Not sure if it's only matter of them beating themselves, but they could have done better.

Never denied that. I actually said not only were the Bruins playing well, but on top of it they're getting most of the lucky bounces, but apparently that was too much for some people.

Perfect example of the ''luck'' factor I'm talking about just happened.

Seidenberg just redirects the puck in front of his net except but instead of going in like it did for the Pens, it goes just a tiny bit wide of the empty net.

Rask is there for his team though. Solid saves.

Maybe Pens should start shooting at the net instead of shooting at Bruins' players.

I hate to say this but Rask is the best goalie in the East.
