If Boston wins

East still sucks

Chicago wins.

East sucks.

Like all hab fans I'd like to see Boston lose, but I don't see it at this point...

If Chicago insists on playing a finesse west-east game, the series will be a short one. Many would argue that Boston's best asset is their downlow cycle play, but I would disagree, they have one of the best counter-attacks in the game, if you plan on playing a high risk offensive game, Boston will make you pay with turnovers.

Chicago needs to use speed in the neutral zone, avoid cross-ice passes in between the blue-line and need to use speed to pressure the Bruins D who are prone to turnovers when challenged in their own end.

KHL Impact...

James Mirtle
@mirtle

Finnish journalist @emilelo reports Komarov will return to the KHL. I'm not that surprised; he'll get more money and a bigger role.

I think we're going to see a repeat of the Kings series. Hawks will win the first 2 at home, steal one in Boston and finish them off at home. Might be the best hockey we've seen in years.

we don't have a Kane or Toews on our team and yet, playing that way makes it very tough on the Bruins...

I hope this is true. Would be an awesome troll job by what many Leafs fans thought was the next up and coming elite pest in the NHL:

I can't wait until the Leafs are playing again so we can read about them daily on the main board. :sarcasm

It was too funny to see just knowing how you post and your sense of humour and the fact it was you who bumped it.

Poor Leafs fans.

Yep.

This board can make a real impact on who is signed, traded and drafted.

Jack Edwards is so great. People can call him a homer, I don't give a ****. He might be a homer but he sure is fun as hell to listen to.

Simmons rubbing it in. Says Bruins would have been quite happy to take Pogge instead of Rask.

Rask, by the way, is the best first-round pick the Leafs have made since Vincent Damphousse 27 years ago.
