well he wasnt. MT was totally right to have Markov on the first pair given the D available to him.
PK wasn't used for more than 22:30min almost halfway through the year. He played 15games before he started getting 25+.
Markov, Diaz and heck even Bouillon (at times) were used more than him throughout that stretch.
Markov and Diaz also formed our #1 PP pair for the most part.
Subban finally got more minutes once Diaz got injured.
I've been watching Chicago play all playoffs and it's always been exciting hockey. But any game which includes Boston immediately becomes excruciatingly boring and slow. I would really hate having to watch them all season long.
