So many juicy rebounds by Rask and no one close enough to capitalize. This could go on for a while.

He's really good at poke checking, deflecting and blocking shots.

What about Toews having his stick shattered by Seidenberg on that last rush?

In both cases, all it takes is having a little bit more money to offer than the guy sitting next to you.

But then, a Hawks player CLEARLY tripping a Bruins near Rask net. I mean, penalties will be delay of game (puck over glass), too many men (check) or awful tripping with a definite chance to score.

Bruins won a cup with a guy that made easy, routine saves look like highlight reels.

I feel that Thomas was faster in his net than Crawford is. So a routine save gone wrong has more chance to be saved by a faster goalie than a slower one.

But then, Thomas was also seen as an up and down goalie. Not sure people even despite his cup, would see him as a relatively safe goalie.

People didn't even view Hasek as a safe goalie in his prime.

I remember Luongo's 'famous last words' on Thomas:

horton out, looked like a shoulder injury. Could be a huge loss for the B's, his line has been dynamite these playoffs.

Well at one point, when you prove that you were unsafely good...you just have to accept it. Crawford is obviously not there yet.
