yah i can't take that thread.. its now the brodin should be nominated and huberdeau shouldn't... People will never take the panthers serious until we turn around things... I really hope that happens soon... fact is that if huberdeau was on any of these other teams they would be screaming for him... i don't think saad or gallagher would produce much on the cats.

I haven't read any of the main board but I think Yak fans should be rightfully upset. Kid had the most rookie goals and tied with Huby for most points. That's like if Huby wasn't a finalist, there's a small percent chance that I'd go over there and type my disappointment.

Shoot, even Conacher probably should be a finalist over Saad.

Haha! Huberdeau yes, Yakupov no. Oilers fans get knocked off their high horse. The way they've talked since the end of the season, it was NO DOUBT Yakupov was easily a better player than Huberdeau. And no Brodin either, ha. I have nothing against the other rookies, I just don't like people shoving things down my throat.

If he wins, great - he gets the hardware.

If he doesn't win, maybe he gets a chip on his shoulder - not the worst thing in the world.

Apparently Huberdeau will be in Chicago tomorrow and Mckenzie thinks that he'll win the Calder.
