3rd round pick for Paille. 2nd round pick for Kelly. THAT'S what giving top picks should be all about. For players that indeed DO matter in a hockey team.

surprised it took this long for the hawks' 'defense' to bite them in the ass

I think you have to take into account the fact that the Bruins have consistently been finishing top four in the league while we have for the better part of the last few years squeaking into to the playoffs or not making them that we are obviously doing something right in our games against them.

Bingo.

Typically you keep your picks....but some here act like they should never be traded. If you trade for the right pieces, you can deal 2nd and 3rd round picks...hell..even 1sts. Just have to be the right guys.

Ottawa getting rid of Kelly made no sense.

It's amazing how many times the Hawks give the puck away in their zone. All the Bruins have to do is stand around and the puck comes to them.

They are divisional games. Two teams that know each other well, I'm not surprised the games are close. That said we have used our speed against them and have found success.

That said, even when we were a 1st place team, they still took us to 7. Thnig about the B's is they don't mind playing in their own zone for much of the game. Unlike many teams, they can play in their own zone and wait for opportunities and actually win! That's what makes playing against them so frustrating.

Isn't that funny, though? 2 teams in the bloody division pretty much built their team.

Chara, Rask, Hamilton, Seguin, Kelly....

Chicago are just not interested in paying the price. And Quenneville looks like a pee-wee coach against Julien.

Definitely.

The Hawks could be playing a lot smarter than they are. They have talent we don't. And after two games they should see how they are playing into the opportunism of the Bruins. Their defense is capable enough, but they keep taking risks.

Blackhawks play such a perimeter game. You are not going to beat Rask with a shot from the face-off dot.

Easier said than done. Bruins make a lot of good teams look bad.

Don't know...he suddenly dissapeared. Where's the need for a big and tough guy that actually can't be big and tough against big and tough other ones...

Yep. Pre-game he said he needed to be more physical. I haven't seen this guy. I'd still make a play for him, though.

Didn't know we sent Gionta to help the Hawks in that Finals.....They keep shooting from everywhere but the right places....********, honestly, Hawks you are freakin pathetic right now. We all know how great Boston is but there's a ****ing limit. They are playing in the same league you are playing in...wake the **** up.
