Tommy Salo's successor?

Tommy Salo has said that he doesn´t want to play for Team Sweden at this years World Championships, World Cup and the Olympics are still in his mind though.

With Tommys "No thanks" the swedish newspaper Aftonbladet arranged a poll where they asked: Which goalie do you want to see step forward and become the No 1.

Results:
Mikael Tellqvist - 30 %
Stefan Liv - 26 %
----------------------
Johan Hedberg - 13 %
Henrik Lundqvist - 12 %
Daniel Henriksson - 10 %
Björn Bjurling - 6 %
Johan Holmqvist - 3 %

Nor surprises here, Tellan is the man with Stefan Liv lurking in the background.

1) Tellqvist
2a Stefan Liv 2b Henrik Lundqvist

I feel that Lundqvist is slightly more talented and also I think he is 2 years younger, right? Both will be great goalies for years but I think the chance of Liv establishing himself in the NHL is much greater than the chance of Lundqvist doing the same.

Lundqvist belongs to the Rangers and we all know how well it went for Johan Holmqvist when he left Sweden.

Would be nice though if in 5 years time all of these would be starters in the NHL. But as I see it we should be happy if 1 or 2 make it.

Lets face it, we can't compete with the talented Finnish goalies as for now. So if one of the three makes it in the NHL it would be great IMO...

It's either Tellqvist or Liv IMO. Henrik Lundqvist is a tad overrated but still a very talented goalie, but he has developed the star attitude too early...
