it was a pretty decent tilt to be honest . old Downey gave Neil all he could handle thats for sure .

both guys were dog tired at the end of it . i thought the refs should have jumped in when they were given the chance by both players . i belive thats what Neil and Downey both wanted .

Screw both Downey and Neil.....They are making big bucks in this league..I could care a less if they both got their balls chopped off. The refs should stay out of that stuff and let the melon heads punch themselves silly. The crowd loved it and they paid to see........

I despise Chris Neil, so it was nice to see Downey get some shots in. I thought something more serious would come out of it, since it looked like everyone wanted a piece of Neil in that scrum.

We need more plays like that to liven up our building, and eliminate the thought that we are a soft team that can be pushed around.

Didn't downey say something about his hand last year?

I vaguely recall him saying that his hand feels a lot better this year and that he can actually fight.

He's got a unique style, thats for sure.

He seems more methodical than the typical enforcers.

It's not often you see a fight get progressivaly better as it goes along. Didn't look like much was going to happen at the start, and by the end they were dancing and swinging their arms...sorta like me on the dance floor last night showing my moves.

Thanks for the video Cariboux!

At least this time its not 100% dancing like with Horton! It was pretty long, I prefer to see more intense fights with 3-4 hits in a row

I just have a question, I was watching the game at a restaurant last but and I placed maybe 60% of my concentration on the game/ 20% on the food / 15% on my friends / and 5% on the hot girl sitting at another table not to far from ours, but basically the game caught my attention when the scrum started along the boards, but what was the reason it started to begin with? Did someone get hit from behind? Any cheap shots, trash talk?
