Huge No to trading Couturier or Voracek for Bernier.

Panoch also said the Flyers would have to move their 1st rd pick at the deadline to obtain young top notch puck mover Ryan Whitney........ Don't pay attention to anything Panoch says.

Tim P is nuts. An up and coming offensive dynamo for an unproven goalie? Yeah right. I guess he hasn't seen what other young goalies got in other returns. What an idiot.

Originally I would have liked to deal with LA amicably because we have had a good relationship with them in recent years.

If they want to play the Voracek for Bernier game, they can go screw themselves. Offersheet!

What are the compensations this year for offersheets? I can't seem to find it.

I'm gonna chalk this up to Panaccio just being full of ****. The Kings have no leverage...no person who follows the NHL can expect that to be serious.

He is just one of those people in life, that when you see them or hear their name you always wonder how they have a job

Anything over $3.1m is a 1st and 3rd.

I'm not sure what they are for the 2013-14 season, but I assume 3.3m or so would still be in 2nd round territory.

I'd give him 3.3m.

Whatever the highest possible to get him for only a 2nd rounder would work for me.

Yeah the return he got for Carter and Richards was horrible. Voracek, Schenn, Couturier, Simmonds - all garbage.

No he's terrible at negotiations at times when it comes to giving out contracts. His best skill is knowing value in trades and ****** other teams with the returns.

Me too. Im not too keen on giving up a first rounder for a goalie that has never been a starter.

So he wants to come to Philly? He's either insane or he's got balls of solid steel.

I would love to be in Homer's shoes if that were true. I would be laughing for a solid day. The very idea cheers me up. A straight Voracek for Bernier. Hahaha.

There has to be more to this, like the Kings add a lot (and maybe that part hasn't slipped out).

I'm sure he wants to start somewhere, not back up Quick for the next 10 years.

Both and therefore doubly qualified to be our goalie.

What could they possibly and realistically add to make it worth it though? I don't want picks.

You think Panotch is bad....get a load of CarchIDIOT...

Sam Carchidi: Thinks that a 1st and Sean Couturier is too much for Jonathan Bernier, but Couturier for Bernier would be tempting, especially with Scott Laughton close.

Just give em Read..none of this crazy shiznit with Coots and Voracek ...

Quote:
Nick Kypreos: Kypreos is hearing that Kings goalie Jonathan Bernier will be traded sooner than later, and that the Flyers and Maple Leafs could be the front-runners. The Flyers if they decided to buyout Ilya Brygalov and there is the Leiweke-LA link for the Leafs.
