Guys, Di Vaio is only in 5th position for strikers in the All-Star voting so far... Ferrari is in 4th for defenders. We have to VOTE!

Nyassi with two unnecessary offsides in a row... but other than that the Impact is having a great game.

Di Vaio is incredible. What a header and then the shot was close and sick.

Friolet- "Did you know the team is unbeaten when you start the game Alessandro?"

Sandro - "No, but its not important. We have a big team. We are good enough to win the league" (Supposing he meant playoffs )

Allesandro del Piero plays for Sidney. Is it possible to buy players from other leagues, like the Australian league for example ?

I'm saying this because we always have so many good chances to score, but... we could use another italian clinical goalscorer to convert chances in important games.

Back from the game. There is really nothing much more to say, this team is amazing. The 1st half was brilliant. It's still relatively early with 20 games still left to play, but barring injuries to Di Vaio or Bernier or either Ferrari or Nesta for an extended period, this could be very well be our year. We have great depth and we're playing amazing, specially at home.

Nesta's presence on defense is huge btw, the transition game with him is soooo much better.

He signed a two year contract. It's always possible to buy or loan players. He's not coming to the MLS. He chose the A-League for a reason, whatever it was.

BTW Guys, take this for what its worth, but one of my Buddy plays in a soccer team, and one of his teammates father is Michael Essien's agent (Childhood friends). My friend told me that MTL are interested in him, and that his agent is meeting with the Saputo's next week to see if there is anything that can be done.

Now personally, I smell bs x10000000. But who the hell would invent a rumor on Michael fking Essien?

There's a name I haven't heard in quite a while. Is he returning to Chelsea next season or is his contract done? He has an interesting style that would probably suite MLS, with his ankle breaking tackles.
