what are the results you are looking for?

if you are getting bigger, i wouldnt. you will be eating a high calorie, high protein diet that will cover most of the nutrients you need (and be absorbed more efficiently)

If you are trying to get lean, maybe, depends on what type of low calorie diet you are going for. like if you arent doing any red meat and minimal carbs, you might need iron/fiber supplement.

Nothing wrong with taking vitamins as an insurance. Unless you're really really strapped for cash.

except they are like horse pills and if you dont take them with food they can make you nauseuous lol. id rather avoid them personally.

i firmly believe your body will tell you its deficient. bruising more often? cuts dont bleed very much? bones hurt all the time? fatigued? just gotta listen to yourself and alter your diet.

but ive taken them before...im not adverse to it. just never felt like it was worth the time trying to make it a habit.

Why would you take them without food in the first place? It's the only way your body can absorb them.

Either way, they're not harmful so I don't see a downside.

I think I'm going to get the PS4 just because it's $100 cheaper. And that's it. I really haven't read up on either system, though.

I'll probably wait a while until a game I really want comes out like Uncharted 4, or the price drops. With the new Smash and Mario Kart 8, Wii U will probably be my first "next-gen" console.

See, that's the thing. Super Smash Bros. (I'm assuming that's what you're talking about) and Mario Kart are two of my favorite game series ever, but I really can't justify getting two next-gen systems.

I'm probably not going to get the PS4 right away, but the price probably won't be dropping for awhile.

Yeah, I'm the same. I can't justify getting two next-gen consoles in such a short time-frame. Don't get me wrong, there looks to be a couple of great PS4 games coming out, but none of them are a "must have" for me. Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart 8 are coming out in early 2014, and those are must haves.

I wish Microsoft would of just not had a disk drive and have it come with a 2TB Drive.

Would be more into that then this.

That doesn't solve the problem of people wanting to physically own a copy of a game and resell it if they wish. The reason it works for Steam and PC is because Steam has competitive pricing and frequent sales, so people don't mind trading in that ability as it's difficult to have buyers remorse on a $5 purchase. That said, I think we all know that Microsoft would not offer deals anywhere in the same realm that Steam does, so locking down the console and forbidding used sales like that would alienate a large section of their audience. Especially when their direct competitor is offering a more open approach.

Until you see pricing of digital sales get competitive on XBL and PSN, you won't see the console market go all-digital.

I am looking to buy a new Samsung Smart TV. I also currently have DirecTV. Do you guys know if I need to have one of the newer Genie based DirecTV devices to have the programming information on my Smart TV? Or is this something that it just grabs online, like from tvguide.com, etc.?

I am eligible for an upgrade with DirecTV but would rather not bother unless I really need to.

Thanks.

My Samsung smart TV wants to use WiFi for stuff (haven't set it up). Not sure about DirecTV interaction.

I know all that, I would of liked them to just firmly go in one direction instead of trying to play both sides.

That's the problem, they were trying to be too firm rather than ease the changes in, so it comes off as disingenuous. I think they realized that and decided to backtrack before this ends up blowing up in their face more than it already has.

Ah ok. The feeling I get (and I will know more once I actually have the tv) is that it actually has you setup your cable/satellite provider and then uses the internet connection to download guide information based on the provider. I could be wrong though.
