I've had the tremendous blessing of getting to see the Sharks in 26 (now 25 because of Atlanta) of the 29 other cities in the NHL. Winnipeg, Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto are the cities I haven't seen the Sharks in, and the Consol Energy Center is the only other current building I haven't been to.
Yup saw them last year when they beat the Leafs 2-1 and when Patty made my day by scoring both goals and a few years ago when they lost to Buffalo 6-3 and when miraculously Vlasic AND Murray of all people both had goals haha. Both games were very fun and there were surprisingly a lot of Sharks fans at both games, especially in Toronto. And in Buffalo the home fans were really nice to us.
Never have. Just never happened to be traveling when there was a game on at the time. Everytime we make a trip to LA or past it to San Diego I think about checking to see if the Sharks are gonna be in town.. they never are.
San Jose and Dallas (where I've lived since Nov 2009).
What a joke of an atmosphere in Dallas. At least through this season (changes starting next season with realignment), the Sharks were a big time rival, but you wouldn't know that by attendance. There just isn't any vitriol directed towards the Sharks at AAC. The Sharks might as well be the Florida Panthers playing in Dallas that night. Probably just a consequence of not having enough of a hardcore fanbase these days. Not that I was there in late 90's/early 00's, but from TV it seemed like Stars/Sharks was much more lively, even in Dallas.
Also, I utter under my breath "disrespectful" twice every time I go. Those two times would be when the local crowd yells out "STARS" during the National Anthem. I wish the NHL had the guts to tell them to not do that as it is makes the National Anthem more about their team than our country. Same goes for when the Stars are on the road and local fans boo when "Stars" is uttered during the Anthem, including SJ. It's disrespectful all the way around and the NHL should take a step to get rid of it, like a warning on the jumbotron immediately prior to the anthem at every road/home Stars game, but we know they won't and this stuff will continue
Not having been to a home game since Oct. 09 (I think it was Oct), a home win against the Kings, I want to see a home game. I say this to my wife and also our Sharks fan club group here "DFW Sharks." Seeing them only on the road is taxing. I want the friendly confines of the Tank again.

As for me, I have seen them in San Jose, Phoenix, and Detroit. I WILL see them eventually in all of the arenas.
I love being at the Shark Tank and I will make plenty of more trips back there but I love being a part of the legions of away fans that cheer our Sharks on in enemy territory with out acting like drunken idiots giving us all bad names.
Been to LA, Anaheim, Dallas, and Boston. Didn't go to any last season, partly because of the stupid lockout. Looking forward to next season when we can actually make some plans. Considering Phoenix and Vancouver. (Talk about different ends of the price spectrum!)
I have seen them as the road team in Edmonton, Columbus, Boston, St Louis and Chicago. Fans were all really great. Ranking hockey IQ for these arenas from greatest to least: Edmonton, Boston, Chicago, St Louis and Columbus.
I also have seen them in the playoffs vs the Kings in LA. Game 6 of the 2011 WC Quarterfinals and Game 7 of the 2013 WC Semifinals. The fans were much more hostile in '13 than '11. I also think LA fans as a whole were the most ignorant I've witnessed (worse than Columbus).
I would love to see them play in Seattle if the Coyotes likely move there. I heard the hockey fans are actually pretty knowledgable up there and love their WHL.
