oh really?

Oct 15: Weinhandl played just one shift in Saturday's 5-0 win against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday after the Minnesota right wing had an open-ice collision with Columbus center Manny Malhotra in the second period. Coach Jacques Lemaire said Weinhandl is out indefinitely and will undergo tests on Sunday.

IF I had to guess, Joel Ward might get the call up.

Boy, that's bad timing for him.

How's Foy doing?

Foy's looked about as good as anybody has down here. He's taken some bad penalties, though. If there were to be a callup at forward, I'd take either him or Wyatt Smith.

Not to worry, we have a solid group of forwards in Houston- Matt Foy, Ryan Hamilton, Danny Irmen, Jason Morgan, Peter Olvecky, Mark Rooneem, Wyatt Smith, and last but not least... Roman Voloshenko. I'm sure one of these studs will do just fine with the big club.

It's definitely time to give him another shot - he looked pretty decent with Minny last season, certainly better than Kyle W.

I would like to see Roman Voloshenko play in Pascal's place. I hear that he's really talented.

I did not mention someone else?!

It'll be either Foy or Smith, all the brass is looking for is a 3rd-4th liner with some energy...they arent exactly looking for scoring help.

You could definitely see this coming. The experienced ones will play 'til they play themselves out of a spot or get injured.

I have no idea who you are talking about. And I don't want to know, because my brain has that player blocked out thanks to you. He doesn't exist in my memory, it's blank. Here, I'll prove it to you.

His name is.... ___________

See, nothing there, blank. He doesn't exist. He is just a product of your compulsive imagination.

Hmm, well hopefully they can give us some good minuets of energy, and be defensively respectful. That is all I ask.

You will see energy. Can't comment much on defense, since I only saw one of the two games before we hit the road stretch, but both have shown at least base capability in the past.

Can't wait to see Foy on the ice.

The Wild are doing amazing right now and he can only bring positive things to the big club.

That is probably all they will be asked to do...and an occasional shootout appearance, knowing Jacques.
