IMO it's Ferland or Lapierre. Definitely not Grabovski. I guess Kostitsyn has a shot, but unlikely since it's a bottom 6 role that would need filling if Murray struggles.

H - K - R
S - P - K
P - B - J
M - B - L

We have 12 healthy forwards. Just no one at all in the press box.

Lapierre if they want to replace the crash and bang style of downey, Chipchura if they wana move begin to wing and put chips center on the 4th line and Grabovsky if they want to move pleks to the 3rd line.

In my opinion it will be Lapierre.

yeah he's played 2 of Hamilton's 3 games and is minus 1 right now. I watched him play on Friday, did pretty good but didn't see a whole lot of time

I would guess Lapierre but I would not mind Kosty and Lats both on the 4th line and getting NHL practice time!

Ferland would have to clear waivers.

Chipchura isn't ready and Grabovsky either imho.Let them play in the AHL all season. It's going to be better for their development in the long run.

It has to be one of Ferland or Lapierre.Personally i would go with Lapierre but JF wouldn't bother me at all either.

He still need to clear again.

And if someone picks him, we pay half his salary.

I know, but If nobody picked him up the first time I doubt he'll get picked up this time...you never know though I guess, also considering we'd have to pay some of his salary.

I would definately would want to see him recalled.....and maybe being picked up and then I'll be able to change my avatar.....

I would like Bégin playing the wing, so Lapierre would be my choice. I would love to see for one game Bégin-Lapierre-Murray.....tons of energy, the perfect 4th line.

Not necessarily, by now some teams may think they need a big guy.

You realise that would likely mean Latendresse on the bench for 1 game? Are you prepared for the backlash you will receive?

I firmly believe it will be Kost, he can play very good defensive hockey if needed and can be a threat for Samsonov's job, plus he doesnt have to clear waivers, so my 2nd choice is Lapierre. Beside in a crisis mode I think ferland is AHL bound for the complete year.

Actually I think I heard that in the CBA he doesn't have to clear on a call up but on the send down to Hamilton he would. Unless the Habs wanted him up for good it's still dangerous.
