Souray and Kyle Chipchura to Philly for Simon Gagné

although Clarke would want more from us probably MUCH MORE

man!!!!!

i put 20 bucks on the flyers out of the playoffs this year before the season and considering the general climate over there this may be easy money...especially when your buddie gives you a 3 for 1 odds...

If he would be really honest, he would fire himself first. Clarke= most overated GM in the league.

I'm interested in Niko Dimitrakos, really, I like him.

Petr Nedved would work with Bonk.

Problem is Nedved, like Bonk, is a centre, and Nedved, like Bonk, is overpaid at $2.356M for his current level of play.

Yeah, forget about him, say, waive Bonk and get Nedved?

Wow, we trade for another Bonk!

Really, Niko Dimitrakos sounds good, he's a good player, I'm sure he'd fit with Perez-Johnson-Dimi and we put Bonk on the 4th line with Begin and Latendresse?

Looking at Philly's defense as a whole, they suck. If a D-man can't make the cut in Philly I certainly don't want him here

Everyone is showing Dimitrakos the love in this thread, but there is a reason that Bobby Clarke waived him and that Flyers fans are happy about it.

Sure the guy has skills, and can play the game, but people complain about his effort level and his frequent invisibility.

He comes with a cheap contract, so it wouldn't be an awful pick-up for any team that takes him on, but I think he's being very overrated in here.
