Carcillo shouldn't be any issue. He lost time due to injury and with 4 games played in the playoffs, that 1 less than half a season shouldn't prevent him.

Mayers didn't miss games from injury, but just his age making him ineffective anymore; He was a significant leader and was wearing the 'A' when he played in the Chicago Icehogs vs Blues game. I don't know how stickler the league will be.

Being "up" with the team seems to be a big deal. Last year, Kevin Westgarth played in 25 games and Davis Drewiske played in just 9 games but both were healthy scratches all season and playoffs and got their names on the Cup. Meanwhile, Andrei Loktionov played in 39 games but was in the minors for half the season so his name was not placed on the Cup.

Given this, it is likely that Carcillo and Mayers will both get their names on since they were both up with the team the entire season.

Which members of the organization will have their name on the Cup? Coaches, GM, owner, etc?

Ben Smith getting his name on the Cup is priceless
But hey he meets the requirements, more power to him.

I'd bet that Carcillo and Meyers will both get their names on the Cup. If they get included that'd make 25 players in total, right? Sounds like a normal number.

Mayers should get his name on the cup for his trolling of Howard. Remember in Game 5 of the Chi/Det series? Series changer!

I really wonder how a backup goalie that didn't play one second in the playoffs feels about winning a Cup. It has to be a tremendously awkward feeling no matter how much people tell you that you're part of the team.

Don't think so, Emery knows he contributed greatly to the Cup with his awesome play in the regular season and so does his teammates. He's also an injury away from being the most important player for his team.

All the coaches, players, owner, president, VP, GM, player personal, and then from that point on it's a crapshoot for the rest of the staff, scouts, trainers, equipment guys, etc.

There is a 53 man limit, so the fewer the players, this year the Hawks will have fewer then most, the more staff that can be added to the list.

Not really, especially for a guy like Emery who played often and well for this team. He was with the team day in and day out and served his role well. He was and is a vital member to his team.
