I have a box of about 3-5000 cards from the 80's that I was given when I was about 5-6. Haven't really browsed through them to know exactly what I got since I had them in storage for some time... I know there's some good players like Coffey, MacInnis, Yzerman, etc. Should sort through them one day and find out the value for them.

As for signed cards I have 2 Martin Havlat cards, one is a rookie card and the other his from his sophomore year. Other then that I have a signed Ottawa Senators puck from Todd White.

Thanks

I have my PCs of Karlsson and Regin on Photobucket

Started a bidding war with Great1, so I kinda stopped overpaying for Karlsson, but still have a lot :

Different situation with Regin, I found a lot more 1/1 :

But that's just a part of my collection, I also have collections of Alfredsson, Spezza, Cowen, Lehner, Butler, Eriksson, Rinne, Lidstrom, Lundqvist, Kiprusoff, Rask, Potvin, Bure, Shea Weber, Keith,...

I need a Crosby Young Guns to complete all the Young Guns sets since 2005-06. Great1, if you have one, I have a Karlsson Printing Plates 1/1

Even if you don't, contact me on SCF

Anyway, if anyone is on SCF, let me know

Ya, but a Gretzky RC in very good condition sells for 5000$ on Ebay...

Really? The one I kept is in pretty good condition. One or two of the corners are slightly rounded. Where does one get cards appraised? I have all sorts of cards from that era. Messier rookie, Bourque rookie, etc... I should dig those out.

My Messier rookie card has a mustache drawn on his face in ball-point pen.

Ah, youth.

You can send the cards to get them graded... but one corner slightly rounded won't make it sell that much. I'm talking about a card in an almost perfect condition (9.5/10). Your card is maybe 6.0-7.0. You'd be able to get hundreds of $ still.

I have collected for 15 years, and have recently been lucky enough to add some incredible Senators 1/1's to my collection:

All Three Alfredsson Autograph 1/1's from Ultimate Collection:

Couple of my favorite Spezza cards:

One of my best pulls that I still have:

I have hundresds of Spezza, Alfie, and other Sens memorabilia, autographs, and rookies. I have over 30 1/1 cards, hopefully someday I can sit down and scan them aqll individually.

I still recall when I was younger there was this set that came out for a couple years that was riddled with errors. Can't recall the name, maybe Pro Set or something? I just remember opening a pack and finding ones with spelling errors or whatnot and selling them back to the card shop owner for more packs of cards.

I also remember doing the same with the Score set when Lindros was a rookie... I'd open a pack and find his rookie card and then trade it to the owner for like 10 packs of cards. Then I'd get lucky and find another and do the same again until he said "no more". I miss those days.
