Dreadnaught - sublime.

I just scored a bargain today - our local MGM clears out seasonals to make way for the new stuff.

Ruthless Rye 12 pack for $9.99!

They had Summit Maibock for the same price.

What is that strong ale next to the Dreadnaught?

New Glarus 20th Anniversary Strong Ale. Had it on tap in Wisconsin but have yet to open that one. Will probably age it for ~a year. It's very good, though.

Good news for beer lovers, though. Dogfish Head is coming back to Wisconsin. Can't wait!

Just bought a couple of Green Flash West Coast IPAs and local Stadin Panimo American Barley Wines. Never tasted before, but later in this evening.. We'll see.

Trying to save cash so I probably won't buy any booze this weekend, work on some rum I have in the cupboard and the rest of my Widmer sampler.

Purple label like below? It's a solid beer from a very good brewery. If you're a hop fan, you'll like it.

Yeah, that's it! Purple label.

Very good, enjoyed a lot. A hoppy beer but a lot of other flavours too. Like a symphony of tastes.. hops, malt, citrus, spices.

One of the IPAs I've tasted. Mucho goodness.

Any fans of Steel Toe here?

Size 7 is an amazing IPA.

(Didn't someone once have a Steel Toe avatar here?)

Got one of these today. Hope it's good.

Edit.

And it is great. Holy hell. I'm starting to really love different kinds of ales. I've usually been more of a lager/pilsener guy. Any recommendations?
