Yeah, we need an LW. Pretty badly too. Would be "mostly" for Kane, but if Sather works something up for Seguin that isn't idiotic and doesn't kill the salary issue too, go for it.

Seguin is one of a handful of players I would give up a lot for.

Would be happy going into next season with those lines.
Same, but I strongly doubt Winnipeg is shopping him. And we'd probably have to move Stepan or McDonagh to get him.

Why would Winnipeg do that?

If you trade for Seguin, do you still buy out Richards?
It will be tight with Seguin's caphit.
DZ + Miller + Pick for Seguin I'd consider.

I want Charlie Coyle out of Minnesota. Del Zotto for Coyle and Brodziak, kill 2 birds with one stone.

Kreider-Stepan-Nash
Zuccarello-Brassard-Coyle
Hagelin-Brodziak-Callahan
Pyatt-Boyle-Dorsett

McDonagh-Girardi
Staal-Stralman
Moore-Eminger/UFA (I particularly want White or Zidlicky.)

E. Kane is my ideal addition to this team every off season, don't see it happening but I'd dance a jig.

Realistically, are there any teams with a low cap that would be willing to make a trade for Richards? Obviously they'd have to be able to pay his contract without their ownership having any issues, but is him being traded even a possibility?

Someone on twitter posted DZ and Miller for Kane. 'Peg won't do that IMO.

All someone has to do is dangle a little candy and Rangers fans go crazy and are ready to pull the trigger on all sorts of deals. Why would the Broons give up on Seguin? Can anyone tell me that? What are the chances of that happening. And they worked pretty hard to get him, nes pa?

I scratched him permanently. Can't risk injuries. And he can't play #1, #2, or #3C.

Change Brodziak to Clutterbuck.. rather have him than Brodziak.

Doesn't matter what you do. They're bringing him back. Might as well include him in your proposed lineups.

Hearing DET, SJ, MTL, TOR, BOS, DAL, FLA, OTT, ANA, CGY, NYR are among the teams that will reach out to Lecavalier, if they haven't already
We better not go short-term on McDonagh or Stepan so we have room for Levavalier.

Agreed. Any chance Sather and co. change their minds about Richards if Vinny wants to come?

Agree. He doesn't exactly go looking for contact either; was somewhat better this year, but still a ways to go. No nasty streak. I don't think the Bruins trade him coming off of a bad year statistically, especially in the playoffs (8 points in 22 games). Still figuring out what kind of offensive player he'll be. They don't want to trade him now, then have him figure it out somewhere else.

If Lecavalier shows more than just a wavering about joining us I think He quickly buys out Richards, doubt it though. Need to lock up our RFA's long term..

I'd give up as much if not more for Kane over Seguin.

Del Zotto, Miller, Thomas, two 3rds, 1st 2014 for Kane and Burmistrov

So do we agree that with McD, Staal, DZ, Moore none of those guys will move to RD?

Meaning they likely deal DZ or Staal and bring in another RD? UFA FA are blah and will likely be over paid so I prefer a trade

I will be interested to see if Carolina makes a push for Marc now. Again I want Faulk back in any deal PLUS. yea the 5th overall is asking alot but other picks and a good prospect is not.

Marc should be worth what Jordan was

Not concerned about a 10 team rumor from FTP. The real stuff has been the frequent rumors about Del Zotto on the block. His perceived value is higher than his actual value, and the Rangers should capitalize on that. Look at what Pitt did with Goligoski.
