I liked the Wings 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 7th round picks. I don't care for the 5th & 6th round picks but god why did we ****ing take Tyler Bertuzzi at 58th overall. I mean unless they feel that he's either going to grow another 2-5 inches or he has some serious offensive upside I don't get the pick at all.

Overall I'd say we had a B-/C+ draft. Got a couple guys that may turn out well & we did get Mantha so that's a big plus but that Bertuzzi pick will rot me until we see how we does this year.

I liked the Preds getting Jones at 4 and Dallas getting Nichushkin at 10.

Way too early to name any losers though I did think Tyler Bertuzzi in the 2nd round was a bit of a head scratcher.

I liked what Buffalo did. I liked being able to pick up Drouin but man seeing them get Ristolainen and Zadorov I was a little jealous.

I think Dallas got nice value out of Nichushkin at 10. I think anything before pick 8-9 was a bit of trouble just based off what I've read about him not wanting to stay in NA unless he makes the NHL team. Dallas seems like they could use some offensive fire power and I can't imagine Nichushkin not making that team.

And of course, I love getting Drouin and arguably top half of the first round talent in Erne early in the second.

Wow Buffalo....just wow. Starts and ends with Buffalo.

And Columbus finishes 2nd. Great job.

So basically this thread is:

A) Which team drafted the most prospects over "expected" position: Loser
B) Which team drafted the most prospects under "expected" position: Winner

Not quite sure how you rate this so early. Basically you are saying that you can scout better than NHL scouting team

This might go down as the best Canucks draft in a decade. Crazy

The Pens because they retained the best player that was rumored to be traded and prospects are just that.

Not the draft that landed the Canucks the Sedins?

I think you're expectations are a bit too high.

Buffalo biggest winner, I'm a little depressed now so this might change tomorrow, but Flyers/Sharks biggest losers. Calgary might be up there too with how many first round picks they had, who they drafted, and who was available at the spots (Monahan was a good pick though)

The Sedins were drafted more than a decade ago
