Fingers crossed that one of the decent under-the-radar types makes it to Nashville.
Oh I'm just giving Columbus crap because it's Columbus. We certainly aren't doing anything worthy of praise.

The proof is there that we are not a desirable location. We have been turned down despite generous offers or flat out rejected without even getting an offer in. I can be patient but the signs are not favorable.

Cullen is a solid 3rd liner. Good two way player, good on faceoffs. Still need more.

On the plus side, Cullen generally scores between 40 and 49 points throughout his career. On the downside, Cullen generally scores between 40 and 49 points throughout his career.

Has some offensive ability and a fast skater as well. Despite the hate, Cullen and Nystrom would be very good additions. Definitely fit the "tough to play against" mold.

Cullen and Nystrom are not going to sell tickets. If we don't have a good start, we will be looking at alot of empty seats this coming season. And renewals will go down for sure.

We have Legwand, Fisher, Gaustad, Spaling, Watson... All defensive players.

Why go back to the trade for Fedorov and signing Foote? We had much the same come up with the trade for Carter and signing Wisniewski. It was just less universally accepted then because we didn't replace Mason at the time.

Give Kekalainen credit for being faster than his two predecessors to appear to be "for real".

I wouldn't expect any different.

At least that way we know he fits...

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!

He can be easily replaced with younger talent like Watson. Hell I'd rather play Mueller.
