IMO, Poile is aggressively after a top 3 fwd. That's just my opinion and hope though. But we know he's been in on a lot. Not sitting still.

You tell 'em, Seth.

No nevermind. That's absolutely impossible. I forgot.

im not saying he is worthless.. i like it, seeing term and AAV .. but we got more needs in our top 6 than a guy being scratched period in playoffs. i think some are under-estimating erat's production... he was by far our best forward .. 60 point guy.. nothing against stalberg.. the cullen signing though...

I agree but wilson plays wing. Id go out on a limb and say Brad Richards is better then Leggy and Fisher

Under Trotz, Richards would play wing too, he defends like a garbage can

Stalberg's 23 points last season would have ranked third on the #preds last season

sad

There aren't exactly a lot of happy threads around here regardless of situation, to be honest.

The only team in NHL where D leads the scoring. Disgraceful offence.

At least two more holes.
I seem to recall some forward coming back in the Erat trade. Name escaping me at the moment, but I think he wears #9.

I forgot the part where he's already a top 6 forward.

I mean maybe... If we package Ellis + Smith then maybe I can see a need to get Cullen

Wilson Legwand ?
Hornqvist Fisher FF
Stalberg Cullen Borque
Clune Goose Spaling

If we don't add another top 6....icky

Stalberg - Forsberg - Hornqvist

All Swede line. Maybe Poile threw that in there as a possibility to SWEDEN the deal.

??

Would like Iggy, or Grabo or Jagr or Ryder. Maybe we could sneak Hainsey in for the D hole.

Where are the Rangers?

Yeah, posters tend to completely ignore the fact that we have him and he's going to be a producer.

I do like getting Stalberg!

Here are the numbers:
Stalberg - 25yo, 6'3" 209lbs, 243 gms, 104 pts, 52 goals, .428ppg
Grabovski - 29yo, 5'11" 183lbs, 367 gms, 217 pts, 94 goals, .591ppg

I like Stalberg but Grabo is more of a scorer! Would be nice to get/have both!!

A 19 year old rookie in his first full season on north american ice? He replaces the need for a top 6 forward? Alot of expectations there.

Ryder would be a sneaky good signing for the Preds.

Pinned up against the cap. 13 million left but 4 RFAs.
