Is Iginla gonna be like Hossa during that stretch when he kept hopping teams trying to win the Cup?

Hope the Bruins face the Penguins in the playoffs, and win. That would be funny.

Hopefully he will get beat down more often now that he will be in the same division as E. Kane. Cooke honestly deserves a boot from this league or if not to be in prison.

But, yeah, I think having Tallinder or Salvador back would be prudent. I'd rather they play six rookies than see Volch out there, though.

If we're having a defensive yard sale, I'd rather keep Tallinder.

Only reason I would consider moving him in the first place is if he is the only one anyone wants.

He's not terrible, and he's cheap.

Should say Iginla signs with Boston after Bruins lost out on Alfredsson, Ryder and Horton chose not to come back.

Iginla + Eriksson = great last 48 hrs for Boston

Damn they are stacked for next year, maybe more so than this year.

Not upset, but i think without Volch and Sal, our D simply lacks size and strength too much. We would have to sign someone to fil that role again. But dealing Volch and/or Tallinder would be nice.

I'd rather have Zids than Tallinder, so if it has to be him that's fine with me.

They did lose some too, Peverley, Horton, Ference, Seguin.

But they did get two very good players. Love Eriksson.

I don't think it would be a good idea to dump half the defence all at once. We need some continuity from year to year. Especially with a new goalie back there.

Only if we're not in it.

The way the new playoff format is, thats a potential conference final since the first rounds are divisional based.

Or just call up Urbom and take the leash off Larsson. We have plenty of nasty in the lineup if we let the kids play physical.

I'll be the first to say it, how the hell can they afford that? Aren't they squeezed tight up against the cap with Rasks impending 7M deal?

They are stacked and the Eriksson deal looks good for short term success, I have to agree, but they did subtract and lose some guys too.

Have to see how it all meshes. Also have to hope Bergeron heals up and is roaring and ready to go. That guy had a laundry list of injuries and surgeries he might need.

Think they had 13 million so 7mjllion for Rask leaves 6 million for Iggy

Also Savard comes off books

Bruins now have $2,153,690 cap space left over to sign Rask. Time for a team to offer sheet them and ruin the Bruins lives.

Haha Iginla

If I were Boston, I wouldn't have given him 6M just to stick it to em, but I guess he wouldn't have signed then.

Oh and Iggy looks like a tool.
