T.J Brennan

Hey guys, I'm a leaf fan here. I have no idea who this T.J Brennan guy is, so I just wanted to ask, should i be excited? Is he more of an AHLer or an NHL caliber dman?

I'm just really curious because he got a one way contract from us and it's scaring me if he's just an AHL caliber d-man

He's an okay-ish bottom pairing guy. PP specialist with a good shot. Sabres fans warned us after the trade that he's horrible defensively, but IMO he was just fine.

pretty much this, too good for the AHL, not good enough to be a top4 in the NHL. got a good shot, joins the rush a lot. pair him up with a defensive d-man on the bottom pairing and you'll be fine. his shot is very very good

I liked having him last season, agree with the others. Feed him the puck on the PP and he'll blast it on net. He's a bottom pairing guy that likes to pinch and can keep up with the play.

PP specialist, rover, but plays solid enough in his own zone. Great shot, physical, very good skater.

I think this is the closest Ive seen to a fair assessment. IMO hes a perfect middle pair guy and were gonna be sorry to let him go and at that price
