Good move by Lamoriello. Just traded Tallinder to Buffalo for Riley Boychuk. Players aren't important here...but saving 3.375M$ this year is a pretty neat coup by Lou. Buffalo was just nostalgic of the Tallinder years I guess...

Sure, but the players playing in Phoenix have to love the peacefulness. Ribeiro could walk down the strip in Phoenix and nobody would realize who he was.

My guess is that Buffalo brought him back partially for Tyler Myers whose play seems to have gone downhill steadily. I believe they used to be d partners.

Also, there is very little on the dman free agent market.

Given Seguin's previous trouble with, for a lack of a better term, "gay tweets", I have no doubt that one of his "friends" (or the seeming thousands of people he lets into his house) wrote that.

Or he does not understand what he actually tweeted.

That his tweet indicating he was leaving twitter for a while had 'hackers' in quotation marks makes me believe the former.

And now he's getting a public shaming from the Dallas Stars twitter feed. Welcome to Big D, dumbass.

He gets a plus in my books for quoting one of the greatest films ever.

I suppose Edmonton went with the right man after all, although for a "rental", Seguin did help the Bruins enough and in a timely manner on their way to the Cup.

I guess they decided that they had more depth on the back end than up front.

If only the NHL culture accepted dumb ***** like Seguin and company, the NHL would grow in 'murica.

lol its funny if its said within a group of friends, but in public? this represent immaturity. I wouldn't want this guy on the team, imagine him out all night in Montreal and partying.
