Only player I can honestly compare him to without like exaggerating is Wayne Gretzky.

Doesn't really play the same style of game as Gretz did, though.

He's more like a Beliveau-Orr hybrid.

I'm actually hearing strong confirmation(I am at Second Cup, it seems GM's couldn't settle between Starbucks and Tim Hortons so they chose Second Cup, btw I'm at the table beside them) that future considerations, after a couple of shots poured in Armstrong's mug, is indeed Chris Stewart....

's son.

Pretty sure they settled on the location as we've got both Timmies and Starbucks on either side. The waiters look different for each GM so I think they both deceiving one another.

Folks, I don't know if it's the recent X-Files episodes I been watching that's doing the talking but there's more to "future considerations" then we've been led to believe.

I can confirm the coffee is horrid though.

Maybe on the surface, but it's a real boon for the players that have remained pro-sect.

There was probably a brief exchange following the draft where Armstrong says to a scout while they're leaving town: "Leave the gun - take the Cannone!"

I liked him but there isn't much room in Bingo so the move is understandable.

I've been following the Blues for about ten years now, and I can't figure out where we got this future considerations. We sure didn't draft or sign him. Anyone willing to help?

One day, I'd love to see a couple of troll GMs make a trade solely with future considerations.

Ottawa trades future considerations to Carolina for future considerations.

Maybe sweeten the deal with a few rain checks and IOUs.

Have seen him play 4 or 5 times.

I started to bleed from the soles of my feet and the palms of my hands, and I could see the future.

So, yeah. He's pretty impressive.

Maybe Ottawa is getting Kevin Costners country band to play like the Eagles did. Only this is cheaper which fits the Melnyk is broke theories

You will like him, St. Louis. He has a real Cannone of a shot. But you should have added. Considerations will be good, but not until the Future.

I'm curious, is this the same Pat Cannone who played for USA roller hockey team?

He will never see the ice for the Blues. There are 15 current forwards plus Rattie and Jaskin ahead of him.

I'd like to see "a Bag of Pucks" used in an official trade.
