Sure it is just postering, but I like the NHL's outlook better than the NHLPA's... if there is a chance to avoid a lockout, then both side must do whatever they can.

The only way a lockout does not occur is if one side collapses completely.

And it wont be the union.

Union's have been broken before. Look at the NFL. And you don't have to break the players; all you have to do is break the agents. They are at the root of the whole problem.

Ganted I don't see the NHL doing similarly, as the situation is considerably different.

And remember, i think the NHL is in this situation because of folding to the players the last CBA....
