Whatever happened to Matt Walker

Is he playing anywhere right now? I know he last played for the Phantoms and a couple times for the Flyers anyone know where's he been?

He's been hurt for a while, and then when that was done he was still Matt Walker.

No. He missed the whole season this year, and his contract has run out. He has not signed elsewhere yet.

Walker and the Flyers are closing in on an 8-year extension with a full NMC (e4)

Wasnt there a guy on here that wanted Matt Walker in our 6 because he said he was a great player. Who was that again?! I remember a debate with him about it.

The guy is an average 6-7th D who was just overpaid and injured. I think he played with the Phantoms the last time he played.

I wouldn't have hated Walker as a #6/7 if he made less money. The money he made was insane for his production. Also, Gagne was moved for him, which SUCKED.

Yeah, I really thought if guys like Brookbank, Carkner, and Englland stuck round so would Walker as a 6/7.
