A little off the board, but i think Thrower is more like previous season than the one just passed. Overall, i still really like his game, an Andrew Ference 2.0 in the making.

Voted Bournival but I suspect Andrighetto may be a lot higher than #15 next season while a few guys already gone will be in the 20s or 30s. Possibly Dietz if he doesn't adapt quickly to the AHL as a lot have soured on Ellis. Ellis was voted top 7 last summer and Nygren jumped 20 spots. Our pool is a lot deeper than I thought, but at the same time we have no gamebreakers aside from Collberg and maybe Tinordi/Fucale.

Agreed, there are very few great prospects in our system, but on the other hand we have a lot of good ones.

I don't think that guys like Ellis or Thrower got worse this past year, its just that the guys behind them were not that far off to begin with. And of course the brand new prospects always come in look looking like gold.

As i said before, i think the prospect pool after the first 5-6 top ones is pretty par for the course. No one has really separated themselves from the pack.

Between Vail, Bournival and Pateryn. Went with Vail.

Add Mayer.

Naatinen, add Mayer. Thought he outperformed most of his fellow bulldogs when he was healthy, if memories serves me right.

Tokarski. Time to add a goalie.
Add Mayer to replace him.

Should Trunev still be a prospect?

He's a lot better than his stats show, his style of play is very Lars Eller-is. Big body with some soft hands that's reliable defensively.

Ellis.

But much like the last few votes where Bozon, Nygren, Lehkonen, Thomas, Dietz and Leblanc were almost interchangeable, here I find that Ellis, Pateryn, Andrighetto, Bournival, Vail and MacMillan are very close to each other.

Was between Andrighetto, Bournival, and Pateryn.
Voted Andrighetto because there is nobody left with as high upside.

I picked Bournival. I'm kind of surprised to see De La Rose, Lehkonen and Fucale as high as they are.

Of all our prospects, I feel that Beaulieu has the best chance at becoming a player with game-breaking ability. After him, I think Collberg and Tinordi have good chances of becoming first-line/pairing impact players.

Thrower, 'cause I'm not the "what have you done for me lately" type.
