Just a heads up for anyone, pro-jerseys I believe doesn't use nameplates for their customization. They do great work but for some people like myself, the lack of a nameplate is a deal breaker.

Don't be fooled. If you want your jersey done PERFECT, use Arena Wear.

http://arenawear.net

They are the guys who do ALL the official ON ICE Rangers jerseys and have been for years. I have worked with them personally, and they are the best. They use EDGE material nameplates, and do amazing work.

Is there anywhere online to buy player numbers, patches and name plates? I was able to score some 2 separate autographed numbers but only 1 of the numbers . I was looking to fill in the blanks and essentially build my own jersey.

Thanks!

Just an additional question regarding Arena Wear. How much do they charge for jersey customization? IIRC, both Gerry Cosby's and the NHL Store in NYC send out the jerseys to Arena Wear to complete the sewing. Cosby's is $95 +tax while the NHL Store is $85 just recently.

So, if sending jerseys directly to Arena Wear, what would be their customization fee?

IIRC I ordered mine at the end of July last year when they ran a $5 customization sale. With shipping being free, it came out to just under $130.
Wow that's a great price. I might get my wife a jersey if I see anything at that price again.

Do you know if they have that sale annually?

Since when is Cosbys using Arenawear? They definitely weren't about 2 months ago when my buddy purchased a customized away jersey from them.

That seems a bit steep. Or have prices gone up? I need to have a couple Rangers heritage jerseys done but wasn't expecting to pay much more than $65.

The base price was $85 but the tax and shipping ended up being $16.27

Ice Jerseys running a decent sale right now. (Though I think their lettering/numbering on away Rangers jerseys isn't great.)

ouch... that hurts. email them and see if they'll give you the discount anyway. Or threaten to cancel your original order and place a new one.

That's actually a really good sale. Customized premier jerseys are $163 regularly so that would mean one jersey would cost $114.10 and two jerseys would cost $195.60. Very tempting...

Just emailed customer service. Threats will come based on their cooperation (or their lack of)

They're giving me a $30 credit on my account because it's too late to redeem the discount

Don't really know if it's worth the hassle to cancel and re-order

Any idea how their lettering is on the 3rd Jerseys?

I bought one (though later sold it, prob had a discount like the current offer), and I remember thinking it was good, though I'm not the expert some on here are. It's probably not an issue anymore, but I remember last season they still had the vector logo on some of the heritage jerseys they were selling, so if that matters to you, you may want to call and double check.

Alright everyone.
I possess a Nike/Bauer Czech Republic jersey. Where am I taking this for lettering and such. I have never worked with international sweaters before. And want this one to be a stellar job.

Hm I know it's not jersey but caps/mugs .. but does anyone have an idea how to get something to Germany from a vendor who doesn't ship to Germany?

I have seen a cap and a mug at FansEdge but they are still not able to ship to Germany .. does anyone have an idea how I'd be able to get this? I have used myus.com in the past but this is really expensive (I paid about 60-65 USD only for shipping a jacket to Germany some time ago).
As I don't know somebody living in the US who could forward this items to me it's not really easy..

I think your best bet is to find someone on eBay that ships international. My friends who live in Sweden use tradera, which seems like a version of eBay closer to you..

The most Stuff I buy from the NYR comes from Ebay - mostly from online shops which have a normal webside and an Ebay shop, too (fansedge has, too).

But this special one I want to have just is not available at any other shop than fansedge
