Preds Sign Clune to Two Year Extension

http://predators.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=678206

He is a quality fourth liner. There was some speculation he may be the odd man out with the signings of Nystrom and Hendricks but I guess he is in the long term plans.

He just solidifies our very pesty 4th line for the coming years. He is fun to watch so I'm cool with this.

Good to see the NHL using napkins and Hotel note pads for contracts.

As soon as I saw that on twitter last night I laughed pretty good. Clune will help the Dallas rivalry get off to a heated start, especially with Nystrom on our side too.

AND, last season he and Vern Fiddler got into a verbal exchange where Fiddler insinuated that the next time the Preds played the Stars, Clune would be in Milwaukee...
