Can't wait to lose Utley and Lee while being stuck with guys like Howard and Rollins. Look, you get paid millions of dollars to play baseball. Can you at least try to give a ****?

God, how many more years am I going to have to see Rollins swing for the fences and Howard strike out on breaking stuff. It's like my cousin who's failed calculus four times. Learn from your mistakes!

This team plays to the level of its competition way too regularly.

Revere broken foot. J stroll doing his usual. The bullpen. Its hard to hold on to much hope right now. The inability to beat teams under .500. Many reasons to give up on this team. Its a damn shame too. Would have loved to see Doc have one more shot at getting a ring With Phillies.

4 hits through 12 innings...this team is a joke.

And we win. Somehow. I don't know how much energy they will have tomorrow after today.

Now with Revere gone though. Ugh. Finally gets it going and breaks his foot. That's Phillies baseball in a nutshell.

Still don't know why Chase sat game 1 and played game 2 and not the other way round. If he needs rest, everybody just got a day off with the rain and he could've sat out game two. Now he's probably going to play tomorrow afternoon on almost no rest.

It's not like Chase had bad numbers against 1 guy and good ones against the other. He faced Danks in a game before and did fairly well against him, but never faced Santiago before game 2 tonight.

I went today. Hopefully you're not on the first base side. That sun is brutal.

Need to win this game. 4 straight series wins heading into the All-Star break would be huge. It sucks they're struggling to beat a team that is nearly 20 games under .500

7-3. Just what I wanted. Made it way too hard the last series but can't argue with wins.

Anyway, nice to be a .500 team again. Hope they can keep it up.

Rain couldn't been messing with the knees, and the early rest helped.

Finally got home from the Phillies game (went out for dinner after the game). Well, my first Phillies game was a walk off win, so good stuff . So ****ing sun burnt, even though we were up in 421 behind home plate.

Were you near/were you the obnoxious dude saying that Hamels sucked the entire game while he was in the process of going 8 innings, giving up 2 runs, and having a double and rbi single?

I guarantee there are at least 10,000 of that guy in the park on a daily basis.

Nope. I was Section 421, Row 5, Seat 7. I mean, I know I was a guy who called D. Young "Chunky" as a nickname.

Hamels was ****ing awesome today.

Lol. I knew I was going to be in for a long game when he booed him during the starting lineup announcement. Best part of the game was this:

"Now hitting Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels"

"Sit down you bum!"

*Double*

I thought that would shut him up, but no. He still manage to yell "Go back to California, you suck, waste of money" As he was walking off after the 8th. I want to know what planet these people are from.

Ah so you were like on the edge of the sun, that sucks lol. I was in row 10. I told my wife to get as far back as possible, so we could get under the overhang.
