Me: I never said that
Them: Yes you did, my kid heard it too.
Me: Do you have that in writing?

Them: What's wrong with my car?
Me: lack of self esteem. Do you call it names? Do you put low octane gas in it? When is the last time you told it that it was beautiful or brought it flowers?

Them: Yeah I brought my car by this morning, do you know when it's gonna be ready?
Me: What kind of car?
Them: (whatever car)
Me: We don't have one of those here. Are you sure that you gave the keys to one of our employees? We've had a problem with people impersonating our service writers and driving off with people's cars. You'd better come down here right away. You didn't have any drugs in the trunk did you?
The funny thing is that I was ordained as a Baptist minister in CA...in 1995...

I'm getting an average of ten calls a week on this...and I'm closing each call with DON'T THROW THE BOUQUET NEAR ANY REDHEADS... I'M TOO PRETTY TO GET MARRIED!!!...

So I'm learning how to skate for roller hockey. Jesus, is it brutal for a noob like me. I can only imagine what it must be like to learn how to skate on ice.

Ice > roller. You can actually stop on ice. I taught my best friend how to skate when we were younger. In one day, he went from holding on to the boards and still falling to skating laps decently fast. And I'm a goalie so it's not like I'm a good teacher for how to skate.

Everybody tells me that and I believe it. The reason I went after roller first was because I'm a poor college student without a job right now and it's cheaper to start out this way. Once I'm done with school and have a real job to pay for ice time and the equipment, I'll switch over to ice. I guess it's a bit of a gradual process. Get my feet wet with the sport via roller before I hit the "big leagues" and try ice.

Makes sense for California. Lots do this. I grew up on the ice though. Started skating when I was 2, inhouse defense at 5, goalie and travel at 7, tier at 8. If you ever have kids or plan on it, sacrifice whatever you can to let them play ice hockey for themselves. Best investment ever.

It's either dek hockey or ice hockey for me. I never could get into roller blades. I know what you mean about expensive. If it wasn't so expensive to play ice hockey I would go back to it but it's street hockey for me now since high school.

Can someone photoshop Sid's face on the whammy? I feel like that would be the coup grace.
