I wrote an article for Bleacher Report once. Back in 2009, when I was a senior in high school.
I made an account on the site and one of the admins emailed me the next day saying "Hey wanna write an article about the Devils for us?"
It was a playoff preview about good/bad match-ups for the Devils heading into the first round. I said that Carolina would be our worst match-up, and that's who we played, and we ended up losing to them.
Which means not only am I semi-professional journalist, but I also have a better track record than all of their employees.
I'm 100% serious by the way.
None of this surprises me. I know someone who wrote an offseason gameplan for the Ducks because they just needed more writers
I go out and golf for 4 1/2 hours and no signing news yet? Wtf mate
thats nothing. I sat on my computer waiting for the Ryder news to become official. I got bored and went to speak to my brother for like 5 minutes and I came back to a confirmed with link thread and loads of replies
Trading Loktionov would be really, really dumb. The Devils were the highest bidder at a 5th rounder last year. What would be the point of trading him for that? I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Loktionov started the season in Albany because he's not waiver eligible and called up at a later date.
