For the love of God, let's put Missiaen in there as a ranked prospect. The kid is a solid goalie with great size and an excellent glove. Could he move a year ago? No, he couldn't. But over the course of the season, he made a great adjustment and at one point was starting over Talbot for a couple of weeks because he was playing so well. Mission all the way.

Beacon, please refrain from influencing voters at such a critical stage of the voting. There are careers at stake.

Having that said, I don't know who to vote for huehueheueueue but I'm glad Jean made it on the list.

Gonna back up Beacon and go with The Mission. It was great to watch him turn into a guy you couldn't trust to a good backup. He even picked up a string of starts when Talbot was worn down and struggling..and he excelled.

If Missiaen plays more than a half dozen emergency relief appearances ala Matt Zaba in the NHL I'll eat my left shoe.

Tommy Hughes.

so if today's Tolchinsky rumor pans out, where would he have ranked? probably between 13 and 20...

I am allowed to express my opinion just as everyone else is. The main post doesn't have my opinion, but after that in the comments, everyone is not only allowed, but encouraged to argue for their own player. This encouragement was in every single round in its own paragraph in bold letters that used vivid colors that were different each time to attract attention and cause people to argue for their favorite player.

If it happens in the next 24 hours, we'll do a poll on where to slot him. After that, it's too late and he'll have to wait until the winter poll to get ranked.

Jason Wilson: The Man without a position

Voting for The Mission. Has the highest potential remaining as a big goalie with decent reflexes.

Pretty sure he was being sarcastic.

Anyway, good for Missiaen that picked up his play but he is arguably the 3rd-ranked goaltending prospect on a team that has a miserable goaltending prospect pool. That's not exactly a ringing endorsement. Even if the Rangers decide to move on from Biron and seek an internal replacement it's going to be Talbot (which isn't exactly comforting in itself). It's going to take a herculean effort from Missiaen to really put himself into the picture for the near future. I'll take Hughes' possibility as a bottom-pairing defenseman.

Votes Wilson as the final prospect, mostly as a tribute to Dagoon and Orr Nightmare. Because he can fight. Well, kind of then...
