He is a good guy and a good poster, anytime he inserts BBQ in to an acronym, I'm laughing, funny man. But he likes Bon Jovi I think, so….., you know……..

I'd like to relate a story about Lord Chezz that goes quite a ways back.

When I was really young, and learning how to ride a two-wheeled bicycle, I had a mess of bruises and cuts on my hands, arms and elbows from pitching over.

Again and again, I hit the pavement, my frustration levels rising. The balance simply wasn't coming. And all of the other neighborhood children were riding around on their two-wheelers, enjoying life, without a care in the world.

Just when I was about to give up, Lord Chezz appeared, strolling along, and he looked down at me sympathetically, and patted me on the shoulder. He said, and I'll never forget this:

"Listen kid. You can do anything that the mind can conceive of. It's all about the power of belief in yourself. Once, mankind scoffed at the idea of travelling through space, and now we've walked on the moon. The only limitations in our existence are those we create with our own misapprehensions."

"I believe in you."

At which point, I climbed on my bike, and rode around the block for the first time.

Lord Chezz, who was waiting, smiled when I returned, and said:

"Good job kid. Now take off your pants."

Anyway, that's my story about Lord Chezz.

Actually, it wasn't Lord Chezz at all, but this creepy guy named Vambo who lived in my neighborhood. But you get the general idea.

Hail Lord Chezz!

My Uncle Bob was agreat guy, he raised a lot of $ for charity, was loved in the community, but he was a con artist. So, like Vambo, do you concentrate on the positives , or the negatives ? You ride a bike, right ?

As for Chezz, did I ever say that he's my hero ? He's everything I could hope to be ?

Sitting here just watching you sleep
Wish I could slip inside and be in some technicolor dream
But the air's too thick for one of us to breathe
I'm not fool enough to think you couldn't live life without me

I didn't come this far to throw the towel in
I didn't fight this hard to walk away
If I ain't smart enough to say I'm sorry
It's just because the words got in the way

I remember how it used to be
I was you and you were me
We were more than just the same
Now these shoes don't fit, my skin's too tight
When you want a kiss, I take a bite
Let your heart call up the cops, read me my rights
Last night I drank enough to drown
Raise a toast to your good looks and to my health
Look, we both know how much I've let you down
Lordy, don't you take your love to town

Lordy, don't you take your love to town
Lordy, don't you take your love to town
If I gotta beg, I'll beg, just don't walk away
Lordy, don't you take your love to town

You deserve a shooter, a saint
Someone to give it to you straight
To find the soul through flesh and bone
My life's a treasure, full of sunny weather
But it's left me feeling cold
Now all you wanna do is take me home
I hated you, the night you said you loved me
I hated you, 'cause I couldn't love myself
I'm begging you now, baby please just hold me
I got one foot in, one foot off the ground

Lordy, don't you take your love to town
Lordy, don't you take your love to town
If I gotta beg, I'll beg, just don't walk away
Lordy, don't you take your love to town
Lordy, don't you take your love ...

[Guitar solo.... Heeee Hawww]

Sitting here while you're fast asleep
In the bathroom by the sink
Trying to write the right words down
I turn out the lights, close my eyes
There ain't no prayers or kiss goodnight
What I'll forget to say tomorrow, I'll say now
Lordy, don't you take your love to town

Lordy, don't you take your love to town
Lordy, don't you take your love to town
If I gotta beg, I'll beg, just don't walk away
Lordy, don't you take your love to town

Lordy, don't you take your love to town
Lordy, don't you take your love to town
If I gotta beg, I'll beg, just don't walk away
Lordy, don't you take your love to town

Lordy, don't you take your love to town
Lordy, don't you take your love to town
If I gotta beg, I'll beg, just don't walk away
Lordy, don't you take your love to town
Lordy, don't you take your love

Did I happen to mention that I can fly higher than an eagle?

Slipped my mind, but it's true.
