Yep on Sunday nights at 8 I think. Only 2 more episodes left this season though. One of my faves.

MLS is looking to get to 24 teams by 2020.

NYCFC will join in 2015. Orlando and Miami look like good choices, but that still leaves two spots. Nashville has had great turnouts at LP Field for the national team in the past... could somebody get a bid together and get us on the radar?

I would love to see Nashville get an MLS team. Give me something to watch in the summer.

Braves lead up to 11.5 on the idle Nats. They just capped a 7 game homestand where they swept the Cards and Rox by outscoring them 51-16. Braves pitchers had a 2.25 ERA including a blowup by Brandon Beachy.

Anyone out there who might be interested in joining a long-running Yahoo Fantasy Football League, message me and I can give you the details. Me and another long-time Pred fan have run this league on Yahoo for almost as long as the Preds have been around - so much that the league password is "karlis".

As a Sox fan I am not enjoying this version of the Bronx Zoo. A-Hole IS a 2nd rate villian. He's no Reggie Jackson. George is gone and just keeps us Sox fans from enjoying the Yanks record

Did anyone else hear the Preds connection with the South Nashville team?

The SN team didn't have any gloves to practice with (I think they just didn't arrive on time), so the Australian team loaned their gloves to the South Nashville team. As a thank you the SN team gave the Australian team a Nashville Predators signed puck. I don't know how the SN team got the puck in the first place, but now the Australian team has become Preds fans!!

I heard that during their last game also. I thought the SN team also gave them jerseys and I assumed that they were Preds jerseys also.

That was a good story of sportsmanship.

Most think of Nashville as a football town but really it's a baseball town. We produce a lot of baseball players from here, both Cy Young winners last year are from the Nashville area.

IMHO the only reason we've not been more prevalent in the LLWS is most teams here aren't affiliated with Little League. Now that it's getting more popular I think we'll see more mid state teams representing the South East.

Speaking of baseball. Sounds may be getting a new park at Sulphur Dell. Hope they can get it built.

sulphur dell spot has been mentioned before

$80 mill price tag may be a tough sell

I really wish they could buy the PSC metals spot and build a multi use venue; concerts and baseball but I know it won't happen. PSC dude doesn't give a ****, it's too expensive, and I bet the EPA would perma shut down that place if it was ever intended for something other than metal scrapping.
