Hockey Exercises at your desk?

Anyone know of any exercises that will especially improve some aspect of your game, while at your desk?

Thanks!

Lol. Uh, you've probably already googled "exercises at desk" but if not, here's what you'll find.

Maybe just do the ones related to core/legs? I'm sure that could help your stride power/balance, even if just a little.... And don't do the ball thing. You don't want to turn into Dwight from the Office.

I bought one of these a while ago for playing bass and it helped my dexterity out. You definitely want to to the bicep curls, maybe even go out and get a proper weight (like 1 or 2 pounds). Actually, you should focus on working out your forearms. It'll give you better control with the stick and a quicker shot.

The ball thing works, but you'll look like an idiot so...yeah.

If you can, Fitdesk makes an incredible bike that allows you to work on a pc.

We're buying these for the building I manage.
