So we're just going to keep on the "re-hashing dumb **** Canucks management said three years ago" circle jerk?

I'll see myself out.

I guess I lied.

Literally nothing Paul Hamilton wrote in that article says "history is repeating itself." He's correlating Winter's time with Hasek and Hodgson not signing without a single piece of information to actually link the two, readily owning up to the fact that that's all he's doing, and trusting for morsels of "Hodgson's Dad/Agent are actively ****ing things up" to be telephoned into the public record.

Until Regier, or anybody with a shred of credibility cites anything Winter has said or done about Hodgson with Buffalo, it's baseless drivel from a terrible, uninformed writer with a history of trying to make stories with half-truths and selective omission.

Oh, please. Baseless speculation.

History is repeating itself in that Regier is taking his time signing a RFA forward coming off his ELC contract (Ennis, one year ago). That's it.

Clearly a solid way to drive readership is to make something up. Hamilton even says he doesn't know that anything of the sort is afoot.

Right, but soon plenty of people will be saying "I heard Ritch Winter was ****ing stuff up again" up and down the internet.

The old, "I'm just asking questions" line.

I'm most concerned about Hodgson. Buffalo NEEDS to get him signed. If Vanek goes, Hodgson is the one Rolston and co. (and we) will be leaning on to score 20+ goals. He has the potential..

I'm not really worried about anyone else.. I would like to sign Flynn though. (and he most likely will sign here) He impressed me last season.
Flynn signed a two-year deal last month.

This. An absolutely brutal statement from a "reporter." Hamilton is very good at post game interviews and such, but he should absolutely stay away from a keyboard.

Sounds like he has an agenda then (or someone else's agenda).

He works for Buffalo Media, they all have an objective and its not to keep the fans informed but to cause controversy and push rag sales
