Good Game, I hope this is an injury free hockey game for both teams, god knows the Sabres have lost so many impact players.
Most likely the visitors will exit through the garage entrance on 33rd. It is located about mid-block, net to where the Television tech trucks are parked. Thats where they board their bus. usually the buses are parked right at the entrance to the garage and sometimes players will walk over to the railing and sign. But THEY have to walk over, you cannot get close to them.

Buffalo has speed and grit. Hossa dont fit this game so hopefully he will sit out. Dawes needs to play, I wish one of the reporters would ask Renney why wont he play Dawes over Hossa?? I wanna hear Renney's excuse. Orr must play today as well, Peters always plays for the Sabres. We must role 4 lines. Hopefully Weekes in Net. We should start Lundqvist at Florida or vs at the Thrashers. I saw ride the hot goalie for now till Lundqvist looks confident. Rangers cant afford to lose 2 pts tonight.

I think we will see Lundqvist in the net for tonights game, just a feeling, but I think Weekes will play against Florida and Lundqvist against Atlanta. Just my prediction.

"Rangers head coach Renney has not said if Weekes will start against the Sabres again, but the coach can have complete confidence in Henrik Lundqvist, who went 1-1 against Buffalo at The Garden last season and tends to be at his best when facing top teams at MSG." NYRANGERS.com

Pretty sure it's going to be Lundqvist, you can't sit your #1 three games in a row, and we're going to need so magic tonight.

Let's go Rangers, we can win tonight!!!!! Just gotta keep playing the same game. I'm saying 5-4 F. A late goal by Prucha with 10 seconds left in regulation, a rebound off a shanahan shot, will give them the win.

Well I think Orr has a spot for now so that's nothing to worry about, especially with this being somewhat of a rivalry game. I think you'll see Hossa over Dawes again and Malik over pock, unfortunately. I expect the same lineup with Lundqvist in net...hence the scratches would be Dawes and Pock. As someone said earlier, expect a physical game, Hollweg threw that big hit at the end of the last game leading to a scuffle. Also Orr fought Peters in that game, so this could be fun!

Love to see the old time hockey and somewhat of a rivalry developed last time and with Orr becoming a regular I'm getting into it alot more than before (the physical aspect that is). That one shift in San Jose...that was the greatest hockey I've seen in a while, hoping for more of that

That was alot of fun to watch, if only more refs "let them play".

I am pumped for this game. It is sure to be a lot more exciting than all this boring football on.

Random Thought: Since there are usually only 1 or 2 games on Sunday's maybe they should put one of those games on VS.

Neither are particularly scrappy, though Paille can throw a good hit. As for Gaustad and Mair, they're both tough, but they haven't done much glove dropping this season. I bet they'll have more on their mind tonight. It could get physical, but I have a feeling the Sabres will be focusing on playing a simple game.

Last week I would have said this game had physical potential, but I don't think so now. The Sabres energy will be going in another direction, and I have a sneaking suspicion that the Rangers see an opportunity for a victory moreso than in the past, so they'll be gunning for the net more than violence.

Oh they never gun for violence but lately they've had a physical element to their game which has really helped. All I ask for is a similar game to SJ...finish checks and protect your teammates when necessary. If a scrap occurs, then so be it, this roster now has guys who can handle that. More importantly, a good PP, forwards back checking, and good goaltending will be keys
