Coolio, pretty bang up job I must say.

I'll stick with my ex-Canuck in glasses though for now.

I saw it on the news somewhere.
The heading actually read...
"The 'World's Ugliest Dog' had died."

Is there a reason PG Canuck is distributing these through PM instead of just posting them on the board? I have the link to the Burrows with glasses picture but I don't know if I should be posting it or not.

It was brought up in a different topic and people have just been PM'ing me. You can post them, yes.

I'll crop the ones I have so people can just put them in their avatars right away. I have the Burrows one, so don't worry about cropping it.

So what do you guys do over weekends for fun? I had one of the most fun and insane times this past weekend so I had to know. To me, my ideal weekend is spent with good friends, campfires, guitar, and beer. Also long walks on the beach

theres not a day i go on a walk without a small dog yapping and pulling on their leash to start stuff with my dog.
Picking them up just makes it worse in my opinion. The small dog now assumes a position of a superiority over the larger dog due to eye height. It builds up overconfidence in the small dog and just pisses the larger one off. The little dogs just get maladjusted and that ends up in them getting into more fights. Owners have to let dogs socialise with dogs of all sizes, mine (25kg collie/lab) isn't comfortable with new big (ie 50kg+) dogs like wolf hounds and danes but they aren't starting anything if she isn't, and she is friends with most of them, the rest she ignores. The smallest dog in our group is probably barely 2kg, it's minute and it's got no issues. Dogs, if allowed to learn social skills, sort these things outs.

Leave them on the ground, small dogs have to learn they are cannon fodder for bigger dogs if it comes to a fight and that it is in their better interests not to start one. I don't think leads help either, dogs are usually better behaved of leash, something about seeing the big dogs retrained on a leash suddenly makes the little ones think they are tougher.

I get that cats are *****, and dogs are much better reliability-wise. But I have a certain soft spot for cats. I've never owned a cat I didn't like. And I've lived 75% of my life with cats.
