Breaking Bad Season 5 [Part 4 (It's back!!)] Continue the celebration

What will happen to Walt and Jesse?

Will the series end with one of them dead?

More importantly, will Badger's script be picked up as a pilot for FOX?

Part 3 here: http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/sh....php?t=1264749

Poll added to OP.

I'm curious how many of us (I do) watch the episode we watched last week when they run it again right before the new one on Sundays.

If it's as many people as I suspect that has to be a ratings bonanza for AMC. No additional money spent for a program they've already paid for that gets substantial ratings the second time around only a week later.

Stringerbell, I don't think anyone wants to see that. I want a Walt Jr. breakfast scene.

Aaron Paul's AMA makes him seem like such a down to Earth guy. He deserves all the praise he gets, in my mind.

Lydia seems to be the only corrupt Madrigal employee remaining. I completely agree with you about Gus' background. My only real complaint with the show is that it briefly mentioned Gus' and Mike's intriguing pasts but never delved into them in detail. I remember Don Eladio telling Gus, "The only reason you're not dead is because I know who you are." Also, Hector called Gus a "big generalissimo" at one point, and Hank couldn't find any info about his Chilean past when he looked. It would be great if the show would explain who he was before entering the drug game. It would also be nice to know why Mike was kicked out of the Philly PD.

Maybe Gus' past will come to light when his Chilean associates come for revenge against Walt.

Hoping Walt kills Hank. Or Jesse finally kills him for the beat down he got.

Yes... I'm cheering for the villain (Walt) to win

Walt could very well end up "winning" (again). He's outsmarted everyone he's had to face, so guys like Jesse and Hank should be no problem.

The beauty is that Walt will WIN if he dies - he's going to die anyway, the cancer's his trump card. Jesse's life will be even more ruined.

His only bit of real life left is his family, and Jesse wouldn't hurt his family and honestly, neither would Hank. So there's the cartels who are dealt with. But maybe Madrigal/Lydia could end up causing a ruckus in the White household, who knows. But by and large, killing Walt won't accomplish anything.

I just want Jesse to either go crazy or go back to sanity. Enough of this psycho-analytical angle into his misery, it's really boring and drags the show down.

I think Walt is going to kill Saul. He will figure that Hank is capable of connecting him to Saul because he was Badger's lawyer when he was caught with the blue meth. Maybe it's too risky to keep him around.

Saul's already getting his own spin-off, so I'm pretty certain he'll be o.k.

I agree, but the OP makes a good point in that Hank is already capable of putting together that Saul is central to the entire scheme, being Badger's (and Mike's, for that matter) lawyer. Hank may try to pinch Saul for something to get him to roll on the others.

Anyways, how could Walt get past Saul's bodyguard?

The spin-off could be centered around Saul's past leading up to the events of BB.

Going off the board on this one.

--Skylar, Walt jr and the baby (can't remember her name) all dead by the final episode.

--Walt beats his cancer, so he suffers the inconvenience of not actually dying after becoming a psychopathic drug lord to save up money for his family after his passing.

--Walt kills Jesse.

--Walt kills Hank.

--The ricin capsule Walt retrieves is for his suicide.

I have no clue what the machine gun in Walt's trunk is for.

From rewatching season 3 she overreacts hard just from finding out he cooks meth.

I know everyone wants to view Walt as a villain now but he still hasn't killed anyone innocent and only in preservation of himself and his family. There's still a significant step into being a full villain.

In other news: Beneke Fabricators receptionist wins the award for most annoying character in her 2 appearances i remember.

That boy Todd shot was innocent. He also could've saved Jane but chose not to.

He poisoned a child.

He allowed a young woman to choke to death, which led to the deaths of dozens in a plane crash.

He makes a product that often leads to death.

He is evil.
