It is a full size one as opposed to the smaller ones that are applied to the retail stores' products... and it was sewn on and not heat pressed. I worked through Voorhees SkateZone.

All that said... I certainly do consider a jersey foul for the reasons stated in the quote... but of course if being a replica of the WC jersey is not a concern... it's not my jersey... so, who gives a schit what I believe.
I'd probably be the first person to point out the foul, but I don't go out buying jerseys very often (almost never, I have a Black personalized from 12 years ago, and a blank 3D orange from 2006 and now this 2012 WC jersey). So I figured since Roo will be the captain for the next 8 years, and this will be my only jersey for that time, I might as well get the C over the A.

I kind of want to get a VL jersey. I'm without a favorite player for the moment (since Danny B was bought out) so I am in need of a jersey/favorite player. I'm digging VL but I also am a fan of both Schenns.

Hey guys, Im looking to buy a Zetterberg 2014 Winter classic replica jersey. I went to NHL shop because I had a code. The feedback for that jersey says it doesnt have the winter classic patch or the captain logo on the sleeve(thats where its located on their WC). Can you experts point me in the right direction of where I can buy this jersey with both patches and it being identical to the real jersey but it being a premier replica? I went to Icejereys and sportsk and it doesnt show the captains patch either and they havent responded to my emails...
Thanks

Looking to purchase another jersey, already own a Couturier. Want someone who will should be around for a while but not someone you see everywhere (like Giroux). Was thinking Voracek or Simmonds

My first junior game worn jersey 20 year old flyers prospect Nick Cousins. 2011-2012 from what I understand they only wear one set home and away. It shows it too 10 unrepaired holes including one in the third star from the left shoulder. There's a major one in the back you can see it in the back picture the white coming through. Also wore this jersey being a typical punk flyer and getting slashed for no reason There's a ton of inner pilling the most I've seen out of my other gamers

Here's the YouTube video I don't know how to embed it

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=F3LDDsq...%3DF3LDDsqH4mQ

Think I found a match to the repaired star.

I imagine he'll keep it. #2 is retired so it makes sense.

Modell's is selling Briere premier jerseys for 50 bucks, figure this would be a good grab, then send it away to get altered, might turn out to be a good deal:

What's a good place to get jerseys altered anyway?

Are these nice jerseys? Heat pressed or stitched?

Not sure if this is what you're looking for... most of the Zetterbergs are gone, only 1 XXL left-- I myself got an XL Datsyuk and it's a pretty nice jersey IMO... Unfortunately, my taste in jerseys is suspect since I only just recently got into collecting authentic/team-issued/pro-stock/whatever jerseys

The only odd part about the jersey was the NHL symbol on the collar didn't seem centered perfectly, but I think that has more to do with Reebok than Sportsk... idk

No idea, I will let you know once it arrives. But like I said, I am looking to sending it away to get altered anyway.. so I really don't care how it arrives.

50 bucks is a good deal.

If they're heat pressed most likely you won't be able to get it altered without ruining the jersey.

Well... crap... lol

Edit: According to this: http://forums.icejerseys.com/index.php?showtopic=3796 using acetone you can remove the heatpressed stuff. I will try that out.

I know for a fact that is where he got a jersey from....he posted pics in the WC Jersey thread on the red wings board.

Are the logos/numbers/patches actually stitched on or heat pressed?

I haven't yet gotten into the habit of immediately inspecting my jerseys yet, but when I get home I will check-- I'm pretty sure the stuff is sewn on

FYI: I did a quick google search and found a 20% off coupon code. The code I used was: agtmvp20

it gave 20% off, so I got mine for $46.95 shipped

I never get anyone on my jersey for fear that they will be traded the next season. I just got a new home jersey from Total Hockey up on 309. I love it.

At this point, I would think Giroux is a pretty safe bet for the next 7-8 years.

Exactly what I thought when I got my Richards one... and my Carter one... and my Pronger one.

... and I imagine what the people who purchased Brysgalov ones right after he signed that long-term deal.

You'd think G would be different, I agree... but injuries -- knock on wood -- happen... and nothing is cast in stone, especially before clauses kick in.

I'm Just sayin'....................

Decided to add a non Flyers sweater to my collection. This one will get the name bar stripped and converted to MacKinnon.
