Johnson injury status?

Has there been any updates yet on Johnson injury? I missed bits of the 3rd and OT ... we can't afford to lose another hard working player.

Heh? What's with the smarty reply?

I was giving him an update on Johnson because he mentioned that he missed parts of the third period. The fact that Johnson came back on the ice is all I know at the moment.

Yeah but your ankle is wrapped tightly in a skate so it's easier to play with a somewhat severe injury. You couldnt do that with a knee...it's the part of the body that has the most strain in hockey.

I think we should forget about the hit. Greene got him as he was turning, it didn't look dirty to me. Besides, Johnson came back and the Habs won the game. Best to put it to rest now.

I tend not to agree he clearly turned his knee out and it hit Johnson's knee. I for one hope the league look into it but I doubt they will.

You know how that is. You punish the result not the gesture itself. Johson is not badly hurt, they won't even think of doing something. Even if he was hurt, the more that he would've got, if he would've got something, would be 1 game.

That's great news. The few days off this week will help.
