But I'm still waiting for a pic of Eller. I've seen plenty of times the one with Prust/Price/Armstrong/Moen... I asked for a new one!!!!

Outstanding strength and balance. We are very fortunate as fans to have him on our team.
He will be unstoppable... I mean, more than last season! I love him.

There was one not too long ago in the Eller thread, I believe.

For somebody with a 2003 join date, you sure are new around here.

I was thinking the very same thing. How does one miss the primary HF Habs board meme?

Compared to most hockey players, that isn't especially impressive. I am not trolling here, Habs are my second fave team and I like Subban but he is not in the top 3 percentile of hockey players in terms of lean mass to fat ratio, maybe of the North American population, but he is not shredded.

So what is PK's lean mass/fat ratio?
What is top-3 percentile?
Who is top-3 percentile?

Seems pretty lean to me but I do not have metrics.
Do you?

Maybe of the NA population? Are you really saying that?

Both pictures are pretty bad for judging, he is flexing hard in both, but he is clearly not shredded beyond belief. You can see quite a bit of fat on his pecs, his arms aren't that lean, he looks around 12% BF if I had to guess.

Again, he's obviously looking good, but he's nowhere near perfect, or in the top-3 percentile for athletes. Unless your definition of athlete is any fatass that played baseball in PE once.

I would be willing to wager a few sheckles that you have no clue what your talking about and I would put a few more sheckles that say that he is in fact in that 3% your talking about, or less.

His figure is quite common for players today. Many more players nowadays are moving towards strength coaches and powerlifting. What subban is doing is nothing different than what Claude giroux, Mike Fisher, Dan Boyle, Mike Cammilleri etc do. Its just that they dont really publish photos of themselves topless flexing. If youd like to see a very inshape physique with low body fat to compare to.....Look at an unflexed Jagr.

I already consider myself a lot more shredded than Subban, sorry.

Seriously, he looks like me when I'm on a binge week.

Well, I know this sounds like it and I'd be saying the same thing if I was in your place But there's really nothing impressive here

I'd even say he looks a lil' bit too bulked up right there... He kinda looks fat ?

Pm me your email address and I will.

Don't get me wrong, all I care about is for Subban to go into beast mode. Being ripped may be a product of his workout (but is unlikely as he's training for strength). But to be ripped be has a ways to go.

For good examples just spend 5 minutes on bodybuilding.com. These guys aren't mass monsters but they are ripped.

More beastmode from Subban:

‏@PKSubban1
100lbs chins #sunsoutgunsout http://instagram.com/p/dMoGp6hml2/

Of course, our SUPER SHREDDED members won't care, because they are already modern day Adonis', but the rest of us can appreciate how insane those chin-ups are.

We're actually arguing the most pointless point ever. It's kind of dumb. But that's HF in a nutshell.

Or maybe it represents it perfectly.

He looks ripped. I'd say that there are a ******** of players in the NHL with this kind of shape.

If you think in bodybuilders' standards, well obviously, he's nothing exceptional. That being said, he's a hockey player still working on cardio and endurance at the same time he's bulking up. Which is something even more impressive.
I don't need to ''look out'' for them. I work in the fitness industry, I coach hockey players myself, although juniors not NHL level. I'm not a bodybuilder, couldn't care less about that ''sport''. I'm a strength and conditioning coach.
I can tell you, you can be a good hockey player without 7-8% body fat, it's not a necessity, but I can also tell you the majority of those guys are in the same ''ripped'' mode as PK. There's really nothing impressive or out of this world about PK's body. He's just in great shape. Maybe it's because I work in the industry, so I'm not as easily impressed as others. But I see guys like him all the time.

This is not a knock on PK. He's in terrific shape.
As for him being above every one else, I'm not so sure.
